We ship from our warehouse in Germany to addresses worldwide. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Methods & Times

  • Standard (US): 3–5 business days — $9.95 (free over $75)
  • Express (US): 1–2 business days — $19.95
  • EU: 3–7 business days — from $12.95
  • International: 5–14 business days — calculated at checkout

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping Notice

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We offer easy 30-day returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. To start a return:

  1. Email us at contact@helfensteincommerce.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for US orders) or instructions (for international).
  3. Pack the item securely and drop off at the carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
